As an Automotive Service Assistant Store Manager, you will assist in overseeing both our sales and service teams and ensure that our customers consistently receive the responsive, high-quality vehicle service they’ve come to expect from us. Your specific duties as an Automotive Service Assistant Store Manager will include:Assist in providing customers with professional and educated recommendations on tire purchases as well as repair and maintenance needsAssist in building and leading a team that is committed to executing outstanding work and providing exceptional customer serviceAssist in managing your store’s budget and financesAssist in handling and resolving customer complaintsAssist in maintaining current knowledge of chances and additions to our product lines, service and sales techniques and mandated awareness programsAssist in following through on commitments to our customers and ensuring that all work is completed on time and done right the first time

Create a set of strategies weekly that help minimize the store’s costs, increase customer sales and transactions, therefore increasing store profits. Hire, train and supervise all staff members. Manage store operations by ensuring exceptional performance and excellent customer service. Assist customers both Retail and Commercial, in all aspects of store services including handling complaints and inquiries, and do it yourself projects, Manage weekly inventories and reconcile any and all discrepancies including Coordination of sales promotions and provide sales targets.

• Processes and moves production and other materials into and out of storage production and other locations to support the flow of production following standard work instructions • Monitors work in process, and communicates status of parts and materials using automated systems and manual reporting methods to insure parts availability • Identified and solved problems or discrepancies of limited scope with parts and materials using established procedures or processes • Coordinate with various functions to set priorities, expedite and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays• Maintains a clean and safe work environment at all times by adhering to safe work practices and New Breed’s 7S Program• Knowledge of transportation, shipping, receiving, storage, and picking processes including special packaging and handling requirements (e.g., Electrostatic Discharge [ESD], hazardous material, OSHA, EHS, container design, and kitting).

 Partner with the Retail Store Manager to help recruit, develop, motivate and manage a high-performing team that over time increased sales by 238% for our store location.  Help sales team meet and exceed individual and team sales goals by challenging each associate to set individual goals along with their sales goals.  Help create an environment for discovery in my store that sparks new ideas for using mobile communications devices, such as keeping up with the latest technology innovations and demonstrate the use of those products through each Retail Sales Associate.  Drove a multi-market effort to expand our Business Customer base through effective marketing and strategic planning of local corporations that could expand their wireless services to effectively grow their company.  Earned consistent commendations for exemplary sales goals and “going above and beyond expectations” and “providing outstanding service to customers and employees".

Working as an Army Enlisted Communications specialist was exciting and challenging. While working as a Communications specialist I had the opportunity to work with state of the Art communications gear.
