I'm a seasoned and young educational leader who specializes in EdTech tool integration with instructional strategies to amplify learning in online, blended, and traditional classroom settings. This specialty also goes hand in hand with experiences in leadership and school instructional and organizational improvement, coaching new and experienced teachers, artificial Intelligence integration into classrooms and schools, and data-driven decision-making for educational leaders and teachers. So far I have worn many hats in my young career - EdTech Integrationist and Instructional Leader, coach of new and experienced teachers, author of nine books, university lecturer on EdTech tool integration and instruction to teacher candidates and faculty along with supervising pre-service teachers during their student teaching in dual language classrooms, a doctoral chair who supervises the research of doctoral students, blogger, podcaster, and education consultant and coach. I have a unique ability to meticulously problem solve, uphold professional standards, analytically research, manage and lead, and navigate multi-disciplinary projects. - I have big ideas.- Lots of people have big ideas.
