I've spent almost two decades at JLL working across every aspect of capital markets, from corporate finance to our International Capital Group and from our transactional teams to client side. Now, in my role as head of EMEA capital markets these experiences have given me an extensive knowledge of the challenges real estate owners face today. So understanding what our clients are trying to achieve is central to the way I want our team to work. I passionately believe that each client and asset is different and there is no one size fits all approach. By looking at all the angles my aim is that we get the whole picture. This then allows us to bring ideas and innovation to the table that will unlock opportunities that investors might not have previously considered. All of this is underpinned by my ambition that we provide an integrated total advice approach to bring together our deep intelligence, research insights and financial advisory capabilities to ensure we can fully implement our ideas and ultimately help our clients achieve their own ambitions. Outside of the day job, I am very involved in the wider real estate community, being a regular keynote speaker at major global real estate events. In particular I enjoy my association with the Urban Land Institute, valuing the collaborative approach that they take to creating sustainable communities.
