Provides expert analysis of key developmental trends and creation of executive summary reports. • Executive Coaching: A dedicated and caring coach that prioritizes the understanding of each client’s personal journey to better assist in the greater consciousness and fulfillment of their careers (and lives). A certified user of a variety of assessment tools (e.g., 360, Assessment Center, Personality, etc.) to target personal strengths and developmental gaps in over 500 frontline, mid-level, and senior leaders across the world.
