I was accountable to develop and improve manufacturing processes for new products and jobs. This included performing a variety of tasks, such as working closely with the CEO and design engineers while also jumping in as a machinist when needed.A major success I saw was cutting an existing product’s manufacturing time and cost down nearly 50% while maintaining a safe and efficient manufacturing process.

I was brought in to help as a CNC machinist. I became most familiar with the milling machines, improving machining times and processes. Based on skill, merit, and experience I was promoted to a process engineer.
