Principal Traffic Engineer with experience of a variety of traffic engineering and transport planning studies.I am an experienced Framework and Project Manager taking projects from concept design through to detail design. I have led the delivery of traffic management, active travel and parking studies across the UK. I have extensive framework management experience with extensive contract management experience and have delivered comprehensive portfolios of projects across the South East. I have experience in public consultation and stakeholder engagement, developed through a number of parking scheme consultations and have experience of presenting at public exhibitions, to Members and elected officers. I am a fully qualified Road Safety Auditor to GG 119 Iand SQA-0170 and have completed a number of Road Safety Audits for both local authorities and Highways England. I have undertaken a number of accident investigation studies looking at PIA data for large areas identifying accident patterns, common collision causation factors and undertaking detailed cluster site analysis.Experienced using the TSRGD, Traffic Signs Manuals, DMRB and a various other highway design standards. I am also conversant with the CDM 2015 regulations.
