At Asembia I was working under the Director of Analytics among a small team of Data Analysts to ensure that reporting ran smoothly. I automated reports and various processes by creating programs in Python. I ensured that the Database was running smoothly and that necessary files coming from multiple locations were appended to our Database. I used SQL, Python, Tableau, and Excel to QA/QC Reports for our external stakeholders. I ensured that no sensitive/PHI (Personal Health Information) data was sent to our stakeholders. Another part of our Data Team's role was to assist other departments with data needs.

I worked with the Vice President of Predictive Analytics, and the Data Scientist Lead on multiple projects. The main project was to overhaul ADP's current reporting structure. To do this ,I used Tableau and Tableau Server to create a Proof of Concept for the executive team. Within Tableau I constructed dynamic dashboards with the Business Unit executives in mind. These dashboards used multiple complex calculations created within Tableau. These dashboards delivered important information in an intuitive and easy-to-read way.

At Ceragon my goal was to deliver value through insights found in internal and external datasets. While leading a small analytics team, our findings in the data led to big decisions on how Ceragon structures their current team and business strategy.Our team set up their Tableau Environment and used Tableau to do extensive data visualization for business needs to better direct the team. With Tableau I created custom dashboards for C-suite Level executives and for the Sales Team.Alongside the heavy Tableau project, I worked with IT and SQL contractors to clean, load, and set up their own Database of extremely valuable information containing internal and external government data sources. Along with data visualization the team started preparing for predictive modeling to further support the Ceragon Team. Using Python, we gathered and manipulate data, as well as developed and write various programs.During my time at Ceragon I worked alongside the North American President for the Company.

At Bridge Consulting Group I was trained and taught by an expert in the analytical field who has had more than 18 years experience. During my internship I learned, with hands on experience, how to use Cognos TM1, an OLAP analytical software. Since TM1 is closely linked to Excel, I also received an enormous amount of Excel experience. During my internship, I used real data that would automatically load into custom, dynamic spreadsheets that i built. Using these spreadsheets and functions inside the software, I was able to create in depth budgets and forecasts while also being able to further analyze actual transaction data. With the knowledge I had received, I received my certification as an IBM Specialist in Cognos TM1.
