Matt is a dedicated real estate Investor and serves as both a savvy negotiator and devoted advisor. Matt grew up in Upper Darby Township PA, attended High School at Monsignor Bonner and College at Penn State University. Upon graduating college in 2009 Matt immediately jumped into real estate with his brother and has grown a portfolio of over 1,000 apartment units, triple net commercial locations, express car wash businesses, and multiple franchises. The portfolio is mainly concentrated in Philadelphia, Delaware County, PA and New Jersey which consists of single-family homes, mixed use multifamily buildings, residential apartment buildings, industrial buildings, and office buildings. Having vertically integrated from day one our management team owns and operates all of our ventures in order to keep an active pulse on the everyday activities of our various companies. Due to this, our investors and partners have achieved exceptional returns along the way and will continue investing with us in the future.
