He is currently the General Manager - Operations & Manufacturing Partnerships (Greenstock) at Woolworths Group, where he leads the strategic direction and execution of the company's red meat operations and supply chain. Matthew's core competencies include operational efficiency, training and development, business development, and product innovation. He is passionate about delivering high-quality, sustainable, and value-added meat products to customers, while building strong relationships with farmers, processors, and retailers. He has a proven track record of increasing sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction, as well as launching new programs and initiatives that enhance the company's competitive edge and reputation. Matthew holds a PgC in Meat Business Management from Harper Adams University and speaks Dutch.
