I was born in Alabama and grew up all over the United States. I have lived in Florida, California, Idaho, and Montana. I currently live in Utah.I love swimming, biking, hiking, lifting weights, playing chess, reading, designing, studying, and all of the other -ings! However, most of all, I love business. Business is my passion and I love taking things from nothing to something! The idea of building something of your own, creating solutions that people actually want, and then making a living off it is fantastic. That love of business has been a lifelong endeavor. That's why, when I had recently returned from a period of active service with the United States Marine Corps, I started working for a company building outdoor kitchens and entertainment centers. I saw that there was a large market for this type of business and I knew that my then-current employers were not taking advantage of the massive opportunity.That's when I decided to start Outdoor Kitchen Kings. After several years of doing custom jobs and learning what it is that customers really want out of their outdoor grilling spaces, we engineered a new model of DIY aluminum framing for anybody to be able to construct their dream outdoor kitchen in half the time with a quarter of the cost of a professional builder.
