Working alongside technical managers and coordinators, Matthew helps to manage the day to day running of residential sites of varying sizes. This manifests itself in a large number of different and variable tasks from pre-start stages to CMLs and final completions. A few examples of the tasks and responsibilities which Matthew deals with are listed below;• Liaising with Site management, Architects, Engineers and other consultants to ensure that they produce the required information within the correct timescale and to the correct quality.• Checking and commenting on drawings from the aforementioned consultants. • Registering sites and plots with the NHBC and ensuring that all building control, engineering and land quality conditions are cleared on time.• Organising the approval of manufactures information.• Resolving any issues flagged up the design and/or the site teams.• Sketching out design solutions and details using AUTO CADTo complete these tasks and responsibilities Matthew has to work with a large number of people and ensure that all parties understand what is required. Matthew has to manage his work load carefully and work under his own initiative as well as part of many different teams.

Working closely with multiple disciplines within the construction industry Matthew creates concept drawings and industry standard technical drawings using AUTO CAD. Matthew has worked on small scale bespoke new builds and adaptions as well as large scale residential and commercial projects. Matthew is capable of taking ideas and concepts through design phases and producing technical drawings.The work required to achieve this means that Matthew has had to work closely within a team both in house and externally. Similarly Matthew has had to perform task under own initiative and collaboratively.
