Program Analyst / Risk Manager
CurrentRisk Manager for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Program Management Office (PMO) supporting multiple Airport Surveillance Radar (ASR) programs and the Terminal and En Route Surveillance Technical Refresh Portfolio (TRP)- Implement Department of Transportation (DoT) and FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) policies and procedures. - Facilitate milestone planning by preparing, reviewing, and updating technical briefing materials and documentation. - Utilize the official Risk Management (RM) process defined in the Program Management Organization (PMO) Risks, Issues, and Opportunities (RIO) Management Plan (RMP), 15 June 2014. - Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for multiple programs as well as the TES TRP.- Implement RM methods, data sources and techniques, and perform qualitative risk analysis in order to achieve the PMO’s goals and objectives and reduce the overall likelihood and impact of risk occurrence. - Lead RIO boards comprised of program/project team members, Subject Matter Experts (SME), and other stakeholders in identifying and analyzing/assessing RIOs applicable to cost, schedule, and performance progress. Develop and execute RM strategies, and track/monitor RIOs using Active Risk Manager (ARM). - Participated in the Mode S Beacon Replacement System (MSBRS) source selection board evaluating multiple offers in order to confirm they conformed to the requirements of the solicitation and delivered the best value to the FAA.
