Started as an Intern, I was a camera operator capturing AAU basketball games to DVD. At the compleation of the Internship, I was asked to be a Site Coordinator for various AAU tournaments. As a site coordinator I manage a staff of up to 8 people as well ad duplicate DVDs for sale and manage to the sales of the DVDs on site of the tournament.
