This role involved working at a client site (Ministry of Defence). Duties included;• Design and implementation of a system to produce weekly financial progress reports for each of the 24 sub-contracts.• Modelling of new sub-contracts that impact on engagement profitability, grade mix, and forecasts. • Scenario analysis of engagement profitability, changes to grade mix, staffing levels. • Tracking expenses and preparation of variance reports.• Forecast programme budgets and assess impact on financials. • Monitor WIP and billing on SAP.
