My current responsibilities are: routing anywhere from 40-70 technicians to install and repair security systems for my company, a contractor of AT & T's. Communicate with technicians via email, phone, etc., as to where they are to go throughout the progress of the day. Also work on the future schedules four days out. I use my near-encyclopedic knowledge of the areas to route and schedule the technicians (by postal/zip code). The responsibilities cover Los Angeles County (except for the eastern San Gabriel Valley), Orange County, Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties as well. I provide continual reporting of technicians whereabouts and progress on jobs to field supervisors and management throughout the day as well. --done May 2017 due to company layoffs pending office closure.

Assisted in saving BNY Mellon costs by pulling selected files from their storage area (Iron Mountain) in Fullerton to prepare for shipping to their facility in Texas. Was able to pull up to 10 boxes of 47 files each per day at the maximum. Also helped to scan said files for soft copies in the computer network. Helped Orange County's (California) premier newspaper to make and save money via the timely entry of paid and partner/special event orders into their proprietary computer system. Entered 100-200 orders per day when in the busiest season. Entered check and credit card information for orders paid by those methods and did follow up calls in English and Spanish to those customer whose card information was rejected or whose checks were questionable. Also assisted in re-establishing the newspaper's reputation via some customer service after the delivery debacle in October 2014. This position was through Helpmates Staffing Services.

Dispatched 60-70+ technicians to install AT & T security systems in the Los Angeles/Orange County area. Used my knowledge of the area's postal codes to maximize the technicians' time. Prepared reports for twice-daily status meetings (conference calls) with AT & T. This position was through Helpmates Staffing Services.

My responsibilities included: quoting, buying, receiving and shipping aircraft parts and materials for our overseas customers (manufacturers) to build their product for the best price and quality. Wrote orders up to $100k per order. Used Pentagon for our ERP. Included conforming to AS9100 standards and dealing with export/hazard materials paperwork.

My responsibilities included: creating and proofing new and existing insurance documents for state and commercial entities to issue customers defaulting on their hazard, flood, wind or earthquake coverage, among other types. This position was through Helpmates Staffing Services.

My responsibilities included: acting as main point of inventory/material for the Southern California branch of a security system franchise, which means I quoted, bought, received, stocked and expedited materials for technicians on their installs and repairs of commercial security systems. Wrote purchase orders in Solomon and organized stockroom to company specifications, as well as performing the monthly company inventory. Inventory value was in the $100k+ range

My responsibilties included: assisting Hardee's franchises in their promotions/pricing by implementing corporate changes into register configurations via data entry and then testing to determine compliance/accuracy for each franchise group's cash registers. This position was through Aerotek Staffing in Santa Ana, CA.

Helped electronic contract manufacturer win several new "million-dollar" contracts as part of the purchasing department. Entered customer data (parts, specifications, etc) into spreadsheets creating bills of material for buyers to use in quoting (both Quattro Pro and Excel were used). Eventually came to do much of the quoting as well; parts, wire, circuit boards and outside processing. Produced completed material cost for president of company to peruse before approval. Also assisted in keeping copiers maintained, delivering parts for assembly to our Tijuana facility (used a customs house to get them over the border, but did the required paperwork for NAFTA on our bills and obtained such from our vendors), and driving elsewhere as needed for outside processing, obtaining raw or picking up/delivering finished goods to meet deadlines.
