About Matthew Sciara

I knew of my love for the profession of Pharmacy as a teenager, when I began my first job in the profession as a pharmacy department cashier for Fay's Drugs in 1994. As I complete nearly 30 years in the profession, my goal is to use my communication skills and clinical knowledge to help patients make the best choices to improve or maintain their health. I wish to help these patients make choices that are medically appropriate while also financially viable. I am particularly interested in expanding my contributions to the practice through Medication Therapy Management (MTM) and training others to Immunize. My favorite health condition to discuss is Diabetes! I am willing to participate in any training that helps me to expand my knowledge and ability to care for my patients. I wish to practice this way in an environment that helps me strive to do my best and additionally allows me to maintain a proper work-life balance and be the best husband and father of 2 boys that I can be.
