Responsible for Leadership/management of 30 staff across the Greater’s Payment and Transaction, Corporate Risk and Security and accounts Control DepartmentsEnsuring all transactions performed on behalf of Greater Customers are managed in an effective, efficient, accurate, reliable and consistent manner through collaboration with key stakeholders such as Visa, Bpay and EFTPOS AustraliaEnsuring efficient allocation of resources including management of an Income, expense and capital budgetsEnsuring effective and efficient implementation of risk management strategies across all key functional areas of the Greater including both internal and external fraud and security exposuresManaging contractual arrangements and ongoing relationships with over 15 key suppliers of the GreaterFacilitating the ongoing appraisal, development and implementation of the Greater’s transaction and payments and fraud minimisation products Services and Systems Ensuring that the Greater’s Transactional and payment, corporate risk, security and accounts control operations are performed in accordance with appropriate risk management and financial controls

Prepared internal and external reporting for a number of related entities, ad hoc management reporting, budgets and forcasts.Contributed to development of internal controls and process development
