    Running a small in-house design team for an IT distribution company - I produce advertising for some of the world's biggest organisations including Avocor®, Brother®, Fujitsu®, Sony® and many other IT and AV technology brands. My team and I produce both digital and print marcoms from product brochures and catalogues to html emails (eshots), website landing pages and animated banners. I take work from very basic initial briefs, identify unique selling points, draft the creative for approval to managing revisions, getting artwork signed-off/uploaded or supplied to publication. I also manage some of the vendor marketing plans including MDFs budgets and take care of much of the department's administration.
