I transitioned to American Systems when it purchased EMSolutions in August 2015. We focus on providing Professional Services to the DoD, Intelligence, and Homeland Security communities.

• Designed, built, and currently manage comprehensive Operations and Business Development program, strategy, and team for a $30M family of companies with a budget of nearly $1M in labor and discretionary spending.• Facilitate and supervise daily coordination and communication across departments and subsidiary companies, including Contracts, HR Personnel, Recruiting, Operations, IT, and Security. • Develop and direct strategic relationships with more than 50 business partners and clients; coordinate tasks, manage program activities, and present solutions to programmatic challenges. • Developed and actively lead a corporate business development process that facilitated bids on more than $100M in calendar years 2012 and 2013, including 8 Prime bids and more than 80 sub-k bids. Identified and led the organizational win of an $11M contract at the National Reconnaissance Office and a $12M contract with the Joint Staff. Additionally, secured sub-contracts on 40 ID/IQ teams and the award of one GSA IT 70 proposal. Provide daily supervision, management, and evaluation of a professional operations team dispersed across multiple offices, locations, and states.• Established internal Price-to-Win review team resulting in the creation of multiple cost centers, leading to increased competitiveness and resulting in 2 new contract awards. Analyzed internal cost development process and suggested multiple changes to enhance profit. • Authored and currently executing BD Improvement Plan for CEO – identified 23 areas of improvement, developed associated action plan, recommended leads and funding, and currently ensuring tasking is carried through to execution.• Identified SPAWAR Atlantic as a strategic growth area and built a team to pursue opportunities to include sub-contract relationships on 8 Pillar Contracts. Leading capture pursuit and operations for all 8. Established an office in Charleston, SC, and hired a Program Manager.
