I do this by identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities in operations, systems, and processes through unbiased evaluations of controls, risk management, and governance. With that information, I’m able to provide recommendations or guidance to executives in order to take proactive measures to achieve the objectives of the corporation. With 20 years of experience, I have mastered the art of navigating the complexities of audit, collaborating across a global organization, and driving substantial improvements in control design, acquisition integration, and system conversions. I've been involved with auditing over 20 domestic and international conversion projects. It has been fascinating working with amazing professionals around the world in integrating systems, designing automated controls, and conducting meticulous testing. At every level, mentoring and development are a primary focus for me. I truly enjoy nurturing, and guiding individuals for them to continue to grow and excel. Some of my proudest accomplishments are seeing former staff succeed and advance in their careers.
