As an intern, I worked directly under the Network Administrator of a mid-size(1000 students) co-ed Catholic high school. Responsibilities included processing insurance claims for damaged student iPads and tier 1 help desk support for students and faculty tech issues. Upon request, provided training for faculty for various classroom technologies. Created Windows7 desktop images and and assisted with campus wide XP to 7 migration. Also worked with DHCP and AEROHive technology to maintain campus network.
