Designing e-commerce website on the Magneto platform including company specific customisation using HTML, CSS and PHP.Maintaining company website on Linux hosted server including SSH and SFTP access with scripting to update product information, backing up and restoring data.Providing data extraction from on-site company database and website information using SQL queries, and formatting for reports or customer P2P systems using Excel VBA.

• Design and management of a network environment using Microsoft Windows Small Business Server 2008, including: active directory; group policies; DHCP; firewall; NAT and network sharing.• Continued maintenance of servers, workstations and mobile devices.• Configuration and ongoing maintenance of antivirus, firewall, database and email software.• Providing a library of up-to-date letterheads, labels and forms to be used throughout the company.• Management and maintenance of the company website, including designing and building webpages using HTML, CSS and PHP with MYSQL integration.• Providing remote access to workstations and network resources for employees through remote desktop connection.• Providing off-site support to employees using Teamviewer.
