EODP (formerly JOLP under GE) is an intense 2-year experienced development program requiring 3 rotational assignments. Assignments include business leadership and technical training in LEAN manufacturing, finance and sourcing, Six Sigma, global supply chain management, environmental health & safety, and project management

The Junior Officer Leadership Program (JOLP) is currently providing the opportunity to work in three, eight-month rotations within GE Appliances. The program includes a two-year, cross-functional, rotational training program, which includes both on-the-job and formal classroom training. The program is focused on providing a broad range of useful experience while cultivating the skills sets needed for a successful business career.

Direct/coordinate support and execution between 6 high visible units in the National Capitol Region. Supervise the implementation of all annual training requirements for 1,200 personnel in the unit and assist with the planning of all Marine Barracks Washington events. Manage requests and conduct coordination of requesting sponsor for over 250 annual Silent Drill Platoon, Drum & Bugle Corps, and USMC Color Guard performances.

Selected, trained, and led elite 39-person team executing a variety of prestigious ceremonial performances across the US in support of USMC recruiting/public relations. Planned/executed over 80 performances across the US including logistics, manpower, and quality control. Performed for The Secretary of the Navy, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, multiple Congressmen and high ranking government officials, Prince Harry, and four National Football League games.

Led 35-person team executing high visibility ceremonial commitments in the National Capitol Region. Includes Wreath Laying Ceremonies at the Tomb of the Unknowns, Full-Honors Funeral at Arlington National Cemetery and Sunset/Evening Parades at Marine Barrack Washington. Additional responsibilities include mentoring and training junior infantrymen for future assignment in the operating forces.

Led/managed 20 Scout Sniper Marines while deployed on the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit in the Western Pacific and Middle East. While on deployment, planned and led multiple military training exchanges with foreign military units in Oman, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Kuwait. Managed 3 geographically separated teams in two continents providing team leaders the support required to complete their unique missions. Managed two multi-day non-stop job interviews for entrance into the Scout Sniper Platoon. Recruited candidates, coordinated logistics, evaluated, and selected 15 Marines from pool of over 40. Implemented two 2 week post selection training package to ensure successful preparation and completion of the Scout Sniper Basic Course. Increased the number of school trained Scout Snipers in the platoon from 2 to 13 in seven month and increased the number of Marines trained at advanced sniper courses from 0 to 6.

Analyzed raw intelligence data sets to deliver real time analysis of developing situations to executive staff and junior associates. Developed four training scenarios which led the training of over 1,000 Marines in preparation for deployment. Presented multiple verbal briefs and provided daily written analysis to executive staff and junior associates. Coordinated training and managed Unmanned Aerial Vehicle operations to facilitate the unit's organic Intelligence collection asset. Managed compliance procedures for classified materials resulting in 0 losses of classified data

Served in this Captain's billet as a junior First Lieutenant. Worked as the night Battle Captain in the Multi-National Corps-Iraq Joint Operations Center providing support to coalition units across Iraq as well as proving timely and accurate reports to the Theater Commanding General on a daily basis. Developed 180 Multi-National Corps Operational Summaries and reviewed/produced over 1,000 Commanding General Critical Information Requirement Story Boards. Trained and served as a Combined Information Data Exchange reporter and processed over 1,300 significant action reports.
