To achieve this, we assist with consulting as well as the implementation and operation of networks and datacenter infrastructures on or off customers’ premises and in the cloud.My duties included:- Single point of contact for customer IT faults, either by phone or email.- Daily calls for password reset, install printers, First line fixes for IT solutions, Creating mailboxes, Command fixes by running clean ups on user PCo This is done by probing, troubleshooting and active listening to users.o Using remote assistance to solve issues on end user’s PC.- Working towards team targets and SLA’s agreed by the customer, such as answering 80% of our calls within 20 seconds.- Logging every Incident/call or e-mail that I get, the current system being used on the Service Desk is Service Now.- My FCR (First Contact Resolution) has been at an average of 80%, and the target set by the customer was 45%.- Assisting in contract specific training for new starters and Apprentices.
