Matt has a burning passion towards anything exercise related, stemming from a lifelong history with track and cross-country racing. Matt graduated with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science (2020) and a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology (2022) at Deakin University. Though Matt believes he can turn anyone into an Olympic athlete, his calling is to help his patients overcome their daily battles and troubles and become independent, free of pain, and striving for greatness. Matt has a strong background with (but not limited to) cardiometabolic disease/conditions (diabetes, heart diseases) and helping runners get back on their feet from injury and associated setbacks (fatigue, overtraining, bone stress). He has a strong belief of instilling his patients with the skills they need to manage their pain points independently, and continuing to enjoy exercise inveterately.
