My work is something that I take much pride in. I fully believe that if you do not believe in what you are doing ( work wise ) then you cannot perform to your fullest potential. I try hard to succeed in helping my employees further their knowledge in sales and try to help them grow their clientele list. Success is all about work ethic. Where there's a will there's a way. Instilling that will is what I pride myself on. Motivation and communication are the keys to a good manager, and I feel as though I posses those qualities.It is officially December 1, 2014 and I have broken the $1 million sales Mark for the year. None of this would be possible if not for the Rodney Webb system. Shout out to Rodney Webb and Mike Pittman for helping me exceed my goals for the year. Anyone who is been in this industry has heard the stories of the million dollar salesman but as I'm sure you know a lot of us have never seen it before. Well I can assure you that they do exist and with the help of Rodney web and Mike Pittman I have finally reach that mark. Ridgevalley exteriors is a wonderful place to work and I will be a team member for life. It is been a hell of a year and can only wait to see what next year has in store for me.
