Under Matt’s supervision, Landscape Architectural Services, LLC has successfully completed 1600 projects and is celebrating 37 years of assisting clients w Permitting, Site, Park, Trails , Greenway, River walks aDocks and Landscape Architecture Planning , Design ,and Construction phase services. Matt has working experience assisting projects teams in developing a consensus on project issues,Making public presentations,assisting w grant applications for public project funding ,Design,and construction documentation, phasing development, budgeting, obtaining permits and providing project administration. In the past 10-yearsLandscape Architectural Services, LLC has worked on over 50 state funded projects, including over 50 Streetscape , Parks and Greenway projects, which needed to meet the requirements for handicap accessibility, historic & environmentalpreservation, storm water management, wetland preservation and competitive bidding. He has also served on theBoard of directors of The Friends of Old Dover, Preservation Delaware, Delaware Institute of Planning & Design and hasserved 4-terms on the Delaware Board of Landscape Architecture, serving as President of the board in 1988 & 1990 . The AutoCAD Advisory Committee at Polytech High School and as a Boardmember of Its All Good In Delaware .

  Matt has 32 years experience as a Landscape Architect. He founded LAS-LLC in 1984 . Since then he has been responsible for the completion of 1400 prjoects. Services include land, site, and park planning and landscape improvements for Parks, Greenways, mlulti -family, single family residential as well as commercial projects. ( Including retail, office ) Our services range from assiting with obtaining regulatory approvals, preparing construction documents and providing project administration.
