Primary focus has been working in support of implementing change (process and technology) through out the various companies I have been employed with. Main focus in recent years has been on the implementation of field facing technology and process development/improvement within the insurance and finance industry. This includes the implementation of a new Client Relationship Management (CRM) tool, "paperless office" technology and change management processes.Most recently have been focused on Agile Methodology. Member and Scrum Master on several Agile Teams aimed at improving recruiting and retention of quality candidates and improving the overall onboarding experience within the insurance and financial planning industry.
