• Manage Cuscal's assets and liabilities within the limits set by risk management to achieve the annual P&L budget target for Treasury and Group Capital.• Ensure that Cuscal's structure of assets and liabilities exceeds the liquidity metrics set by risk management and maintains sufficient liquidity to meet the daily settlement requirements.• Contribute to the overall investment strategy set by the CFO and/or Head of Finance and ensure its execution.• Develop and strengthen key relationships with internal and external stakeholders• Providing advice to Product on the Treasury aspects/implications of onboarding new clients and launching new products.• Mentoring direct reports, including delegation of specific activities plus ensuring the continued learning and development of the Dealer.• Maintain and improve the Treasury Management System and recommend any new or improved systems or tools that would increase the efficiency of Treasury.• Implement the objectives included in business unit plans and monitor the results of Treasury against such plans.• Maintain and document procedures for the day-to-day operation of Treasury and for Disaster Recovery.• Ensuring that appropriate facility agreements are maintained with clients.• Produce reporting for ALCo, Board and Leadership Team and other ad-hoc reports regarding Treasury performance as required.• Engage with auditors to achieve timely completion of audits, whilst minimising risk and streamlining processes based on auditor feedback.• Ensuring that all necessary daily transactions are correctly executed and accurately recorded in the appropriate systems.

- Asset Management: Managing a portfolio of over $1.5bn in credit market assets- Liquidity Management: Ensuring the business has surplus cash to fund its customers and its own payments and debt obligations- Liability Management: Managing institutional funding products to ensure the balance sheet is adequately funded- Reporting: Providing comprehensive monthly treasury reporting to the asset and liability committee (ALCO)

- Treasury: Dealing in Treasury products including cash, securities and derivatives, a strong understanding of core investment and hedging instruments and their practical applications- Sales: Proven track record selling Treasury products to more than 100 small to medium sized Authorised Deposit-taking Institutions, working in a high pressure business environment with regularly measured profit targets- Company-wide Relationships: Built strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, working closely with teams to develop new online marketing content, upgrade multiple information technology systems and improve process efficiencies- Business Unit Relationships: Working directly with the Senior Portfolio Manager and Head of Balance Sheet Products on a daily basis to achieve the Division’s strategy and profit targets - New Business: Successful in initiating and developing numerous new client relationships, increasing lending and deposit volumes and growing the balance sheet- Clients: Proven ability managing a client base of 100+ customers through maintaining regular contact with all stakeholders, understanding the importance of giving priority to key clients and relationships- Reporting: Demonstrated initiative through single-handedly running an interest rate risk reporting service for customers for three years, producing quarterly reports with detailed interest rate risk analysis and commentary
