Data driven with my decision making and hands-on with my engineering, I explored how electrical, mechanical, solar and chemical energy conversion could be manipulated using piezoelectricity.I focused my studies on the electromechanical and electrochemical properties of piezoelectrics. I custom build most of my lab's experimental apparatuses through a combination of clean room and machine shop access... and taking apart random junk and MacGyvering it into something awesome.I publish my research in peer reviewed journals and have 5 accepted talks at international conferences.I wrote most of my code in Python and Mathematica, which numerically crunched on coupled second-order nonlinear different equations.
