Leader of the Commercial Lending, Credit, and Operations Business Controls Team, responsible for executing risk management programs, administrative support, and project management for key initiatives and business activities of the Bank's Commercial and Business Banking loan portfolio.

Matt represented national, regional and local bank and non-bank lenders in a variety of finance matters including real estate, working capital, asset-based, government-supported and equipment financing. In addition to single lender transactions, Matt counseled administrative agents, lead banks and participants in a variety of syndicated facilities. His experience included portfolio investments as well as investments intended for securitization, and spans all phases of a transaction, from negotiation, documentation and closing to post-closing administration, loan modifications, and workouts and restructuring.

Real estate financing transactions and litigation and judicial foreclosures, lien priority disputes and receiverships for both securitized and portfolio loans.
