I have 20+ years experience in Business to Business Sales. In March 2024 my position ( Direct Account Manager ) was made redundant due to a restructure. I have worked developing and implementing Advertising and Marketing campaigns with a diverse range of industries including : Building and Construction, Manufacturing, Trades, Motor Vehicles, Finance, Health, Professional Services, Hospitality, Charities, Retail and more. I have 10 years of experience as a Sales Manager in Direct Sales. During my time as a people manager, I enjoyed helping co-workers achieve success and learnt that people are individuals with different goals and motivation. The key to being successful in this space is developing a strong set of soft skills. I am naturally curious and analytical, enjoying learning about what makes a business and the individuals behind it tick. I enjoy learning new things and have the ability to break a big objective down into smaller pieces and apply a strategic approach to problems and opportunities.
