Building on Project Management, this role is responsible for the SINAMICS G range of inverters worldwide with teams located in 3 countries.A CPO is a key role within the AGILE style project management world with main responsibilities involving prioritization of work tasks and effective communication with all stakeholders.The role supports the teams by encouraging empowerment of the team members to efficiently accomplish the task and resolving any impediments that may arise.

Responsible for Motor inverter products from concept through to mass production. The design team would typically consist of multi-disiplines and could be based in various countries. Field support activities for inverter products and leading the teams to generate a satisfactory result for the customer and Siemens alike.

Responsible for supporting the overall project manager in estimations of work packages including monitoring and ensuring the hardware teams work according to agreed timescales and budgets.Main responsibilities include coordinating electrical, mechanical and factory teams to realize robust hardware which complies with the relevant industry standards. Factory build scheduling was a key aspect as was ensuring the relevant processes were following by all teams including reviews and follow up of any actions.

Specification and design of control electronics for motor control products. Main duties include schematic capture, simulation, design, bench test, compliance test (EMC, thermal, climatic, etc), design for mass production, PCB layout support and supporting of any activities to bring the product to market successfully

Design and implementation of a gas flow control system for sputtering material onto a target. Included software design

Design of electronic communication PCB's. Including test and field trial coordination
