• Received an expanded role that includes testing and developing product enhancements• Manage more complex ETF’s that contain Middle Eastern, Russian, and Indian securities• Submitted an innovation proposal to management for which I received a monetary reward• Provide my manager authorization to sign off on projects aimed at innovating current processes

• Analyze and create baskets that are traded on by authorized participants• Identify and resolve any issues associated with trade settlement• Process orders on fixed income and equity ETF baskets, containing domestic and foreign constituents• Calculate collateral figures on a daily basis to prevent account exposure• Monitor all cash and security transactions• Research and report any cash or asset breaks
