I am part of the Talent Acquisition team with IGS Energy in Dublin, Ohio. I’m inspired by hiring the best talent who will help IGS Energy in building a sustainable energy future for a healthier planet. I take a great deal of pride in providing the best possible candidate experience and am genuinely passionate about people and the relationships I am able to cultivate. I am responsible for leading recruitment efforts for all of our Corporate based roles including Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, etc. I thrive in a high energy environment where innovation is not only encouraged but is at the forefront of what we do as an organization. Creating meaningful relationships with our Hiring Managers and Candidates is what brings me the most gratification and gets me excited to be at work.I enjoy playing or listening to music, exercising and anything to do with being outside. I've played in bands my entire life and have had the pleasure of playing around the local Columbus music scene since 2002. Drumming is one of my favorite hobbies and stress relievers. Another one of my passions is personal fitness, I am a certified trainer through ISSA. I find my days are typically more productive and I feel much better after going to the gym even if it's just for a walk on the treadmill or some simple stretching. Traveling, reading, or spending time with my family and dogs is more than likely where you’ll find me when I’m not working. I'm originally from New Jersey (don't ask me if I fist pump or listen to house music) moved to Chicago as a kid and then wound up in Columbus and attended OSU. I'm a huge college football fan and pretty much a fan of all sports in general. Despite being in the Midwest I've never lost my love of The New York Knicks, Giants and Yankees. I also love movies and pop culture. My extensive knowledge of useless facts and trivia is mind-boggling.
