• Involved in the process of engineering a bathtub and wall surround system to compete with the “liner” companies• Manage multiple projects consisting of various types of bathroom renovations• Responsible for the plans and coordination of the Corian® fabrication schedule, coordination with various subcontractors, and responsible for the oversight of various helpers and installers • Responsible for the training of new installers• Ensure projects are completed on a timely basis and are completed at a level above the customer’s expectations.

• Responsible for the oversight of various remodeling projects and the coordination and scheduling of various subcontractors• Ensure high customer satisfaction through a quality end product resulting in multiple customer referrals• Daily tasks include but not limited to: creating estimates, invoices, obtaining plans and permits and all paperwork associated with the business• Assisting customers in the selection of various types of finishes• Project management duties include ongoing customer communication, time and expense management and material and resource management

• Worked as a member of a construction crew undertaking tasks from frame to finish including (but not limited to): framing, drywall, interior and exterior finish work, as well as installing windows, doors, siding, tile, and hardwood floors • Gained valuable experience working alongside a lead carpenter during an entire home renovation• Experience with kitchen and bathroom renovations• Assist with the creation of time and expense budgets

• Organized and overlooked promotions for major blue-chip companies where client interaction and satisfaction were key factors in running a successful program• Developing and maintaining client relationships through email, phone conferences and business meetings as well as communication with marketing agencies and certain production facilities to keep informed on the status of a particular promotion• Participation in multi disciplinary financial statement audits and reviews for companies in the Home Health Care, Public Utilities, Service and Manufacturing industries where the approach of the audit focuses on client interaction to gain an understanding of the clients business and client’s expectations
