Fulfill Engine is a print-on-demand platform powering e-commerce sellers, promotional product distributors, and large sales platforms while providing integrated and optimized fulfillment tools for print-on-demand production facilities.While still a small startup, joined the founders as the only full stack engineer and worked closely with them to refine the vision and accelerate development of the platform.- Work with partners and clients on a daily basis to understand their needs and drive platform enhancements that enable new opportunities for their businesses.- Led development of many of our third party integrations supporting large online selling platforms. - Designed and created desktop apps supporting embroidery, Direct To Garment, and Direct To Film printing, creating stream-lined fulfillment workflows integrating our platform with leading industry printing hardware.- Led the design and implementation of an integration between Fulfill Engine and a prominent warehouse management platform, creating a cohesive solution delivering POD capabilities to their clients.

- Member of company lead architect team- Drove company-wide architectural initiatives, knowledge sharing, and re-use- Embedded in design teams, helping senior product management and application architects break big problems down into backlog features

- Architect working with 3-5 engineering teams to deliver CRM product to a new vertical- Led design of new systems as well as efforts contributing enhancements to platform services to support project needs- Collaborated with product management leadership to manage project scope and timing- Responsible for security reviews and go-live processes for new systems in addition to evaluation and remediation plans for penetration tests- Provided mentoring to senior engineers and well as onboarding training to get new dev teams quickly up to speed.

- Dev lead for team delivering benchmarking functionality to CRM product, allowing clients to see how their approaches and results compare with similar organizations.

- Dev lead and product triad member for team delivering query and reporting functionality to CRM product- Led development of release pipeline for continuous deployment as part of company's first wide-scale microservice based project, working with program management and operations groups for buy-in to move away from infrequent monolithic releases.- Designed core service supporting 8 teams working on a new generation of product built on a microservice architecture

- Co-dev lead of team developing Blackbaud ID, the go-forward identity management system used by all future Blackbaud products. This was the first microservice based project at the company, setting up patterns that would be core to our microservice architectures going forward.- Identified and delivered on opportunity to update CMS product to be multi-tenant instead of single-tenant, greatly reducing operation cost per client.
