I love programming. It's not just a job for me, it's a passion; I often do it on my off-time and I am certain it's what I want to do for the rest of my life. It's like finding a piece to a puzzle, or solving a mystery. I'm very focused around user-experience. People who have an easy understanding and access to your product are more likely to buy it or use it. The technical portion should be simple for those on the back-end. Providing class-based programming, and interfaces that even the inexperienced could work with and expand on will help alleviate the stress of having to scour through someone's code, just to learn where to begin. My objectives are as follows:- Provide technical leadership/assistance on a cross-functional development team.- Perform performance analysis and optimization on existing code to promote a unified development team.- To develop skills, by learning from those who know more about development than I do. - Expand and simplify user-experience by giving both administrators, and users the necessary tools, in the right places, to perform what they need to do, when they need to do it.
