Working for IBM UK I was brought in as a Solutions Architect as part of the Cyber Security team working for IAG International Airlines Group. I was the architect and SME for the Ground Labs PCI project. This was a large-scale (20,000+ On-premise servers) project to identify and ultimately remediate any PCI issues within the Airlines or Operating Companies under the IAG Group. Joined as a junior member of the EMEA IT Support Team based in Nuneaton. My responsibilities involved the support of all Users at the Nuneaton site, both based in office and home workers and the other remote users across Europe. This included much editing of the HTML code including some scripting and some CSS. I was also involved in changing the graphics on some pages. Administration of Lotus Notes and Lotus Domino Server – Included many technical and business meetings, and required me to build separate test systems 3rd line support to BAU Incidents where further technical, system performance or specialised knowledge is required for systems supported under team’s remit including Office Infrastructure (LAN, Servers etc) Managing backup and recovery of Barclays servers running Windows
