Working for IBM UK I was brought in as a Solutions Architect as part of the Cyber Security team working for IAG International Airlines Group. I was the architect and SME for the Ground Labs PCI project. This was a large-scale (20,000+ On-premise servers) project to identify and ultimately remediate any PCI issues within the Airlines or Operating Companies under the IAG Group. The product was limited in its ability to import large numbers of credentials and targets to be scanned. During my time I developed a number of PowerShell scripts to leverage the API to enable batches of 1000+ servers and databases including credentials to be imported into Ground Labs as well as a script to provide detailed reporting

Working for FITTS Ltd I was responsible for Office 365 transformation projects mainly in the Enterprise Mobility & Security and Modern Desktop. I was brought on board to help with the design and implementation of the EM+S solutions for 2 large scale customers (15,000 and 3,500+ users). This included the Low-Level Design, Configuration Documents and a fully built and commissioned test tenant for the customer to do UAT. This included Tenant baseline configuration, Email Migration to Exchange Online, File Shares to SharePoint and Home Drives to OneDrive.The customers key deliverables were; security of data, loss prevention and mobility. This was delivered by leveraging Intune Application Protection Policies, Intune Mobile Device Management, Windows Information Protection (WIP), Azure Information Protection (AIP), Cloud App Security as well as BitLocker Endpoint Encryption and Retention Policies. Intune was used for Windows 10 Modern Desktop management of patching, application deployment and configuration such as WiFi and VPN

Joined as a junior member of the EMEA IT Support Team based in Nuneaton. My responsibilities involved the support of all Users at the Nuneaton site, both based in office and home workers and the other remote users across Europe. Managed and maintained over 15 windows servers across both the Nuneaton and Hamilton site on a daily basis. Managing the addition and deletion of user objects, computer objects, mailboxes on the Exchange servers and the Group Policy Objects (GPOs). I was also involved in the Active Directory consolidation project which was to merge 3 existing windows domains into one. This involved many conference calls discussing best practises and planning.

This included much editing of the HTML code including some scripting and some CSS. I was also involved in changing the graphics on some pages.
