Founding Headmaster at Trinity School which opened in September 2013. Deputy Head of the school with responsibility for special needs and behaviour. I joined as part of a new leadership team tasked to take the school out of Special Measures. Ofsted noted rapid improvement, rating behaviour and special needs as good. Before leaving the school achieved a Good in a all areas with its highest ever results.Significant involvement in cross phase work with primary schools for example cross phase moderation and supporting the leadership in struggling primaries.

Joined as part of a new leadership team to take the school out of 'National Challenge'. Responsible for behaviour, and for achievement in Year 11. Trinity is now rated as one of the top performing 100 schools in England

Identified by the Future Leaders as an exceptional teacher and a potential Headteacher and was placed in Lampton School (an Outstanding School).
