I represent owners, developers, landlords and tenants in commercial real estate development, acquisitions, and leasing transactions.I provide counsel to companies and business owners on a wide range of matters related to their specific business goals and day-to-day affairs, including commercial contract drafting and negotiation, acquisitions, corporate governance, formation and maintenance.
