Process about 175 used vehicles and between 200-500 new vehicles per month.Process about 1200 repair orders per month for inventory and fresh sold units.Maintain extensive logs and reports to proactively provide to management regarding reconditioning, new car processing, as well as campaign/recall management.Spearhead initiatives to develop standard operating procedures and processes to maximize efficiency while minimizing negative exposure.Generate Purchase Orders for intercompany services performed. Book warranty and effectively communicate with all branches to adhere to BMW NA SOP. Research and adhere to BMW North America policy and procedures in order to generate maximum warranty reimbursement.Review documentation during processing to minimize negative impact to dealer during official audits.Maintain an updated working knowledge of BMW vehicles in order to maximize coverage and positively impact shop efficiency and client experience. Efficient allocation of work to maximize technician productivity.Hold reconditioning process to high speed to market standards to ensure maximum client satisfaction.Train and coach associates in hard and soft skills such as Reynolds & Reynolds proficiency or client communications.
