Also responsible for the Communications Manager.Achievements included increasing studio productivity within the first year by 19%, overseeing the corporate re-branding and implementation of a completely new corporate website, further new satellite websites and development of an interactive tablet application for sales and marketing.I have since progressed to Publications Manager and then Head of Corporate Communications, with the responsibility of overseeing the Marketing Department as well as the Publications Department and reporting directly to the CEO.Additional responsibilities include departmental business planning, recruitment, appraisals and objective setting, marketing budget and PR planning, exhibitions and project management (Prince2). Qualified as an Apple Macintosh Technician. I’ve been trained in all Apple products, hardware and software for diagnosis and repairs.

I initially worked for the company for five months as a freelancer before being offered a permanent to role in the Graphics Department.My main responsibility was to engage the client by bringing bid documents to life, and help manage the bid submission process.
