Worked with TMMTX and TMMBC for ED coating improvements for new robot sealer usage for production capacity increase by 25%. Issued Design change to improve ED rocker coating performance, hole size optimization and hole plug changes. Countermeasure resulted in VA/VE of $0.23/veh; plus ED quality spec up and plant cycle time achievement. • Designed and released 17MY Tacoma TRD Pro Door Badge. design. Led cross-functional design implementation team with MED, TMNA-QE, Calty and supplier to qualify new paint color adoption by supplier and location (MX) in time for SOP.
