    Promoted to Head of Product to define the Product Vision and build a roadmap that delivered to that vision and the strategy of the business. Working closely with internal and external clients to gather feedback on our product and ensure that we were building product that made a difference to our clients.Major achievements:• Built our proprietary Trading Platform product that allowed traders to manage pacing and performance on campaigns that ran across multiple DSPs. This helped positioned us to be acquired by GroupM in 2015.• Led the technical due diligence of our product run by GroupM to ensure we met the required standard.• In-housed and built technology team from ground up. Including Product and Engineering teams, QA, Service Delivery/Support and Project Management. Team currently 40 people with 7 direct reports.• Scaled product and team to support GroupM requirements and move from being a small business internal product to a scaled enterprise grade product. • Working with GroupM senior leadership to build products that support the Programmatic Excellence Programme; this ensures that best practises and guidelines are followed and highlights issues like budget or frequency caps have not been enabled on a campaign. This has currently been rolled out to 15 markets ensuring governance of the programme with more to follow shortly.

This involved running a RFP to understand which platform could help us manage the scale of log data.• Managed our roadmap and process for all technology whether it be build/buy/license.• Built and managed people and operations budget alongside COO to ensure we had the best talent and technology for our business goals.

Moving to the new platform gave an operation time saving of one man day per month for the finance team due to automated billing. Opportunity for new revenue stream with the ability to track sales not just leads.

    In 2009 I was promoted to IT & Project Manager with two direct reports to drive progress across the IT and adtech teams. I quickly introduced recognised project management principles and controls establishing key benefits in process and delivery. With strong technical skills I was able to streamline the development process and introduce best practices which are still in place today.Major Achievements:• Managed the selection of new primary adserver responsible for £15m + of company’s revenue from Openx to DFP. This included running the RFP process and selecting the successful vendor to planning and executing the migration. This new adserver brought enterprise level delivery and reporting features as well as improved workflow for ad operations. • Integration of Data Management Platform to capture publishers data. This implementation was the first step to us building an audience targeting product based on first party data. • Implemented a client facing on demand business intelligence/reporting tool. Enabling publishers direct access to their data and giving full transparency of all delivery and revenue forecasts.• Implemented industry leading internal business analytic tools giving campaign analysts vital insights to optimise campaign delivery with less wastage. • Implemented internal on demand reporting allowing the account management team to deliver professional pixel perfect reports to clients.• Managed and renegotiated third party vendor relationships driving down costs and influencing roadmaps to meet our requirements.

    I joined Unanimis in 2005 as a desktop support analyst reporting into the Operations Director. Within a year I had been promoted to Systems Administrator responsible for all back end systems and client facing enterprise grade ad delivery systems. My key focus to industrialise our start up infrastructure, building industry recognised processes, systems and controls. Upon acquisition of Unanimis by France Telecom in 2009 I planned and successfully executed merging teams to the same location. Building a new infrastructure which catered for 50% increase of users and merging key systems to align our technology. Major Achievements• After the sale of m3 ad server (known as Openx today) I architected the transferal of all systems and decommissioned the colocation centres from 3 down to 1 to support the Ticketmaster Affiliate Programme.• Migrated Linux samba domain and email server to enterprise grade Microsoft solutions in a fully automated fashion.• Project managed and delivered two office moves for 100+ users and 20 servers within budget and on time.• Implemented new CRM and Order Processing system (SugarCRM). Bringing greatly improved workflow, collaboration and visibility on company performance.
