I managed and directed Aircraft Maintenance Unit projects and process operations implementation. My role was the manager of 83 employees, and oversaw their training and maintenance of 29 F-16C’s, valued at $870 million. I developed complex work schedules and training curriculums for this high speed, high performing section. I coordinated F-16 maintenance manning, equipment acquisitions, and directed all supply chain management requirements for 5 different Air Force functional career fields to integrate new technologies.I was hand selected and led a 40-person maintenance team on a highly successful 7 month deployment to Afghanistan, where we flawlessly maintained the combat theater’s only 24 hour fighter aircraft coverage in support of international ground troops and NATO partners.

I guided logistics and processing of 530 personnel and 63 short tons of cargo supporting senior Air Force Leaders’ taskings and deployments. My roles consisted of a deep understanding of how to facilitate lean transformation of aircraft deployment package by utilizing Lean tools, fundamentals, and transformational processes to shift the workplace environment. I led the Air Force Headquarters tasked F-15 Strike Eagle deployment baseline tasking for aircraft, cargo, and personnel deployment package. I lead a 23 man team to generate, organize, pack 24 short tons of cargo, and process 140-member team. The data gathered used to set new Combat Air Force deployment package benchmark.

I developed technological improvements and supplemented guidance for aircraft maintenance while managing a rigorous 7500 flying hour program, overseeing maintenance for 27 F-15E’s, worth $2.4 billion. Each day I orchestrated 65-man maintenance teams across 7 Air Force career fields to accomplish daily flying requirements. I forecasted flying schedules coordinated maintenance teams for time sensitive maintenance actions. My other duties included construction of critical data reports on aircraft accident events and component failure investigations.

I am an accomplished top tier instructor with over 3000+ hours of classroom time with a 100% graduation rate. As a U.S. Air Force Formal Maintenance Instructor, I developed instructional material, conducted aircraft maintenance training for formal aircraft maintenance courses. My primary duties involved the instruction and evaluation of students’ progress as certified instructor for our Community College of the Air Force accredited curriculum. I assisted in authoring the Air Force's directed Critical Safety Course from inception to culmination, leaned processes, saved approximately 8-man hours per day, and successfully trained over 800 maintenance Airmen. I managed the base's second largest aircraft technical data library with over 100 different manuals, while supervising a 3 man technical data improvement team. We processed updates, and submitted Air Force level changes, while maintaining a 99% Quality Assurance pass rate.
