My primary duties involved the instruction and evaluation of students’ progress as certified instructor for our Community College of the Air Force accredited curriculum. I assisted in authoring the Air Force's directed Critical Safety Course from inception to culmination, leaned processes, saved approximately 8-man hours per day, and successfully trained over 800 maintenance Airmen. I managed the base's second largest aircraft technical data library with over 100 different manuals, while supervising a 3 man technical data improvement team. We processed updates, and submitted Air Force level changes, while maintaining a 99% Quality Assurance pass rate.
