• Reporting to the Director of Facilities and Engineering, I was charged with primary oversight of the construction and qualification of all systems and equipment in a 155,000 sq/ft FDA approved Biologic Manufacturing plant in NW GA. Plant operates a 65,000 sq/ft ISO 7 cleanroom with an excess of 3500 instruments and systems.

Metrology & Facilities Management• Directed all corporate metrology and facilities functions, developed and executed process and equipment validation (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ) protocols for cleaning, sterilization, manufacturing and packaging of cGMP products;

Project Management.• Project manager of a team of both permanent and contract personnel tasked with evaluating and correcting deficiencies throughout metrology and preventive maintenance programs;

Metrology and Facilities Development and Management.• Responsibilities included the continued development and management of an FDA, cGMP compliant metrology/maintenance department at a rapidly growing pharmaceutical manufacturing company.

Metrology and Facilities Management Service Provider.• Founded and developed the Accumarcc Metrology Co. as a service oriented business offering a full spectrum of TMDE calibration, preventative maintenance and asset management service to pharmaceutical, manufacturing and government contractors.

• As a Metrology Technical Engineer and Non Commissioned Officer, my duties included calibration, repair and maintenance of all types of TMDE, supervising subordinates, Technical Publication Library, Nalcomis and safety.
