In a nutshell I'm a very hard and dedicated worker. I've been in warehousing since 7th grade my very first summer job. I've worked a few different types and styles of warehouses across 4 different industries. I worked my way from the warehouse to an inside sales position in the past, and am looking for something in sales again. My family trade is electrical contracting so I know the industry fairly well. I've been told I'm loyal to a fault from a previous business owner, with me you'll get someone that will break his back for a company that I believe believes in me, and I will tell you what you need to hear not what you want to hear. From warehousing to welding I've worn many types of hats. I'm always looking to learn and grow. Remember this, dont judge a book by its cover, attitude reflects leadership. When you get knocked down get back up, and always believe in yourself even when no one else does. In sales to me you should seek first to show that you understand and can empathize. Rapport in sales is EVERYTHING without feeling the respect and trust that comes from rapport, the rest of the conversation and relationship will have little impact. The problem for 90% of sales people is they want to talk instead of suffer through what they interpret as an uncomfortable silence. But it is just this silence that will always encourage your customer to reveal more, and the more they reveal the more insight and leverage you'll have to close the sale.
