- Structural Detailing Engineer on Amazon and Walmart warehouse projects located in the United States- Created RISA 3D structural analysis models of stair towers on multiple projects, and verified the results obtained with hand calculations - Performed hand calculations of unique steel connections not automatically performed within SDS/2, including moment, joist, and handrail connections- Modeled stair revisions in SDS/2, to be used to generate shop drawings

-Structural Engineer on several mining projects, including Fruta del Norte (gold mine, Ecuador), Royal Nickel (nickel, Quebec), Hard Rock (gold, Ontario), Sydvaranger (iron, Norway).- Designed multiple steel structures and concrete foundations using SAP2000 and SAFE, and verrified through hand calculations. Structures were designed according to the Canadaian, American, and European codes. Collaborated and coordinated with other disciplines and offices throughout the project lifespan.- Performed seismic analyses for several structures on the Fruta del Norte project.- Checked shop drawings for IFC designs, and created material takeoffs for studies.- Conducted interviews for the summer intern. - Technical Coordinator on the Prefeasibility Study (PFS) Twin Metals Copper/Nickel Mine Project, located in Ely, Minnesota- Coordinated each of the 25 sections of the PFS Report from the initial author draft through final consolidation of the report - Created and maintained a schedule for each stage of the writing and review process. Maintained communication with all authors, reviewers, legal department as well as the client’s CEO on the status of the sections of the report- Assisted in creating a preliminary contracting plan- Involved in writing the summary of project alternatives report

- Junior Civil Engineer on the $3B Kitimat, BC Aluminum Smelter Modernization Project- Effectively modeled multiple stormwater pipe network simulations across the site using SWMM software, and created accompanying design calculations- Successfully calculated rainfall probabilities/intensities for use in the design of all hydraulic structures on site- Maintained quantity tracking program (Inspec) for all Montreal-based Civil and Structural quantities- Coordinated with the New Delhi office to ensure proper Civil and Structural quantities were presented in monthly summary sheets- Integral part in creating feasibility study quantity estimates- Conducted a design check for the main frame of one of the primary structures
