Responsible for contacting appropriate vendors for repairs as needed. Handle customer complaints. Record details of customer’s order both manually and through a computerized system. Prioritize the customer’s requests and needs appropriately. Answer incoming calls, emails according to guidelines. Verify contacts and account information. Examine customer problems and implement appropriate corrective action. Provide assistance with high volume inbound calls. Resolve service requests and customer inquiries. Provide homeowner with relevant information pertaining to their contract, claim, or work order and advise homeowner of claim options, denial, cash out, replacement, reimbursement, and process payment requests. Review claim and work order facts; gather, research and document pertinent information, take reports from technicians and homeowners to make sound decisions and take action to close claim. Investigate, analyze, coordinate and track complex customer issues and problems and provide resolution. Receive orders, reconcile information, track on spreadsheet, and follow up with customers. Address customer inquiries and educate them on the product. Advise customers of potential order delays while also tracking UPS and LTL shipments as needed. Follow up on warranty issues. Successfully navigate custom company software programs.
